Collaborative Kitchen gets influx from Confluence Books

Carbondale.  Confluence Books delivered $576.15 to the Southern Illinois Collaborative Kitchen to support the effort to provide meals to those experiencing food insecurity and to support local restaurants. Funds were raised from October Buck-a-Book sales, including at the Cookbook Swap Meet, at the Carbondale Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.
